Dr. Alaiwat
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Delivers babies and operates at Henry Ford Wyandotte, Oakwood Hospital & Medical Center and Oakwood Southshore Hospitals. Dr. Alaiwat graduated from medical school at the University of Miami in 1993. That year he received the Howard Griner Award for "most outstanding medical student in the field or obstetrics and gynecology" by the Florida OB/GYN Society. Dr. Alaiwat did his residency at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital Medical Center where he was "administrative chief resident" of his program in 1996-1997. Dr. Alaiwat has been in practice for 8 years and was the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital from 2002-2004. He has undergone specialized training in natural bio-identical hormone replacement, and early is one of the first doctors in the country to participate in a university affiliated fellowship program in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. He is married and the father of 3 children.

Dr. Denise Schiebout
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Dr. Schiebout has been practicing in the Downriver area for over 15 years. She graduated from medical school at the Kirksville Colloge of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. After completing an Internship at Riverside Hospital in Trenton, she completed her ObGyn Residency at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, serving as Chief Resident in her senior year. Dr. Schiebout is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She enjoys all areas of general obstetrics and gynecology. She is the mother of 3 boys. Dr. Scheibout sees patients at our Brownstown location.

Dr. Christa Norlander
Obstetrics and Gynecology

Delivers babies and performs surgery at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital and performs surgery at the Henry Ford Center for Health Services.  Dr. Norlander graduated from Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in 2007 at Botsford General Hospital. Dr. Norlander has been in practice for 2 years.  She is married and the mother of 2 children.  Dr. Norlander sees patients at our Southgate location.

Jeanne Gray, RNC, CNP
Certified Nurse Practioner

Jeanne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wayne State University in 1969. She followed this with over two decades of employment as an RN working at Oakwood Hospital in labor and delivery, post partum and gynecology. During this time she had considerable experience in outpatient Ob/Gyn settings. In 1990, Jeanne completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Wayne State University and became certified as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner in 1991.

Michelle Losier, RNC, CNP
Certified Nurse Practioner

Michelle Losier is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) caring for women from the beginning of menstruation to menopause and the golden years. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Windsor, and her master's in nursing as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Wayne State University. She is also certified as a menopause clinician from the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) and has received special training in Bio-Identical hormones. She brings more than 20 years of experience in women's health care, having worked in labor and delivery, community clinic, Ob/Gyn clinic and teaching nursing. She enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, their five grown children and their families. She also enjoys gardening, golfing, and cottage life in her spare time. Michelle sees patients at our Brownstown & Southgate offices.

Marlene Petrovich R.N., M.S.N.
Nurse Practitioner

Marlene Petrovich earned a Master of Science in Nursing in 1991 in Women's Health, including courses on infants, children and administration from Wayne State Univerisity in Detroit. Since the beginning of her nursing career for the last 35 years, Ms. Petrovich served in faculty, research and nursing positions with prominent Michigan healthcare organizations. She also taught classes to expectant parents on breast feeding, childbirth and parenting. Her concern for women and their particular health care issues is expressed as follows "I believe in providing women, through their life span, with sensitive, individualized care through health promotion, education and counseling. I also believe in including women in the decision-making process regarding their care." Marlene sees patients at our Brownstown office.

Mary C. DeLucia, RNC, CNP
Certified Nurse Practitioner

Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Mercy College of Detroit in 1979. She completed a Master of Science degree in Parent-Child Nursing from the University of Michigan in 1986, and an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner Certificate program through the US Air Force in 1990. Mary was certified as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner in 1991. Since college graduation her employment included post partum, high-risk antepartum, GYN oncology, and labor & delivery, in addition to military and civilian OB/GYN nurse practitioner experience. Mary's special interests include evaluation of abnormal pap smears (colposcopy) and women's urinary incontinence problems (cystometrics). She is married, the mother of three sons and a grandmother. When not in the office, she continues her military career as a Colonel in the US Air Force Reserves attached to the 88th Medical Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Mary sees patients at our Southgate office.

If you are in labor, go straight to the hospital. The nurse will contact Dr. Alaiwat or the obstetrician on-call upon your arrival. Dr. Alaiwat shares coverage with Dr. Barbara Hannah.
